The primary goals of the Supervisor Forum are to provide support and education for SRO supervisors, to improve communication and consistency among supervisory staff, and to provide supervisors with the tools and resources needed to make their jobs easier and more effective. Secondary goals include helping to foster greater transparency of administrative processes, providing feedback to the SRO Admin team related to existing and/or newly proposed guidelines and policies, and providing a venue for team-building among SRO staff.

In addition to holding regular bi-monthly seminars on a range of topics, we have developed this intranet page to act as a central clearinghouse for all SRO (and related SRC/UM) policies and guidelines, as well as to provide useful links on a variety of administrative topics. We will also regularly update this site with content from past Supervisor Forum seminars, policy updates, and other pertinent information.
